First, we'll send you a quote to confirm the project scope and budget align with your expectations. Once the quote is approved, we'll begin working on your project!
For larger projects, we may require a 20% deposit before getting started.
After the project is completed (including any agreed-upon revisions), the quote will be converted into an invoice. Please note that if additional revisions are requested beyond the original scope, extra fees may apply based on the additional hours worked.
Invoices are due within 14 days of the issue.
Need more time to pay?
No problem! Just let us know in far in advance as possible and we can accommodate this. However, if a late payment request isn't communicated before the invoice is sent, additional fees may apply as per our Late Fee for Overdue Invoices Policy.

Yes, we’re happy to travel for shoots! For local sessions within the city, there’s no extra charge. However, for longer distances, such as traveling to another city or country, travel costs will be included in the quote to cover expenses. We'll provide all details upfront so there are no surprises.
-
Yes, we’re happy to recommend a variety of locations and can also assist with securing any necessary permits. However, we encourage you to do some research as well, so we can ensure the final location is perfectly tailored to your vision and project needs.
-
This really depends on the scope of your project and how long we will be there. After you explain your project, feel free to ask us what we think or what your expectations are.
-
This again, depends on the scope of the project. We aim to have our turnarounds as small as possible, but we also have a responsibility to create high-quality final results.
If you need a fast turnaround, please let us know as soon as possible.
-
We will very rarely provide RAW files. In our eyes, RAW files are not our complete work. If you wish to have your final edited photos retouched, please let us know any specific changes you want and we will happily do this for you!
By default, your photos and videos will include a watermark (the photographers signature). If you wish for these to be removed, an additional fee of $100 will be added to your invoice.
-
We allow two revisions per project for free.
Please note, revisions count as the entire gallery/one video. Individual photo revisions don't count towards this.
Additional revisions will be invoiced based on how many additional hours are worked.
-
This is completely up to you! If you just want some basic enhancements we are more than happy to do this. However, by default, we offer full skin retouching, colour-grading, masking and more. We love to see how good we can make your project look, however, we always aim to avoid that 'over-edited' look.
-
This is a tough one sometimes. If it is clear the weather will not be ideal, we may request to reschedule the shoot to another day. We want the best results too! We also need to protect our gear so we can offer our services to other clients.
If you wish to reschedule due to weather, this does not count towards your default free reschedule, we just ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
If the weather turns as we are shooting, we may continue the shoot on another day at no extra cost. Please note, this may not extend your total shoot time.

A Time for Prints (TFP) Agreement is a contract between photographers and models (or other creative professionals) that outlines a collaboration where both parties agree to provide their services without any monetary exchange. Instead, the photographer provides a specified number of edited images to the model in return for their time and participation in the photoshoot.
At BishopMedia, we are enthusiastic about supporting fellow creatives and embracing opportunities for collaboration. If you're interested in exploring a TFP agreement, we’d love to hear from you!
